Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate Ladson's 100th year! We had a great time and were able to surprise Joyce King with the announcement that we are renaming the Ladson Primary Library to the Joyce King Library!

Charleston County School District (CCSD) is proud to announce that the new Ladson Elementary School is now open to students and staff. Ladson Elementary School is now open to students and staff. The construction project included a new 110,000-square-foot facility for 900 students in grades 1 through 5 on the existing Ladson Elementary campus, located at 3321 Ladson Road.

CCSD offers Pre-Kindergarten Child Development (CD) programs for students who reside in Charleston County and will be four years old by September 1st, 2026.
Pre-K/Child Development Programs are funded through GOF (local), and CERDEP funds (state).
